With a career spanning 20+ years in both administrative and frontline roles, Joseph Franklin specializes in supporting vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, addiction and HIV/AIDS. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, he treats patients at Adventist Health Castle and through his own private practice, Advanced Nursing Psychiatry. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing, along with additional academic degrees.
