With a career spanning 20+ years in both administrative and frontline roles, Joseph specializes in supporting vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, addiction and HIV/AIDS. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, he treats patients at Adventist Health Castle and through his own private practice, Advanced Nursing Psychiatry. He holds an Master of Science in Nursing, along with additional academic degrees.
