Position: Full-time Behavioral Health Provider – Integrated Primary Care (LCSW or Psychologist)
Pay Rate: $72,500 – $135,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)
Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday

Overview: Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Provider to join our integrated care team. This role combines clinical expertise with collaborative care, serving diverse and underserved populations in a fast-paced primary care environment. Qualifications and Abilities:

• Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, or Master’s in Social Work.
• Licensure: Current Hawaii license as LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
• Preferred: Experience in integrated primary care and FQHC settings.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

General Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted interventions for patients referred by primary care providers.
• Collaborate with medical staff and care coordinators to support whole-person care.
• Develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Deliver individual psychotherapy (in-person and telehealth).
• Document accurately and timely in EMR systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
