Safeguarding Our Patients and Staff

Our priority is the health and safety of our patients and employees. Below you will find the latest updates on how we are continuing to provide safeguards to ensure patients can see providers for more than just COVID-19 related issues.

• Appointment visits of all types are available at Waikiki Health.
• Waikiki Health patients will be greeted upon entry to our clinics to verify appointment type.
• Inside the clinic you will find our waiting rooms have been modified to provide social distancing.
• Everyone entering the clinic (including all staff) is required to wear a face mask. If you don’t have one when you arrive, we will provide you with one to enter the clinic.
• All surfaces inside the clinics including chairs, door handles, bathrooms, floors and counter tops – everything and anything – are continuously being sanitized by our increased housekeeping staff.
• Pharmacy and mail services are still available outside for daily pickup.
